1. Main circuit system


1.1 Mechanical parking equipment should adopt dual-circuit power supply, and can rely on ATS automatic switching device for reliable switching; single-circuit power supply should be equipped with generator.


1.2 The wiring method of parking equipment should be AC380V three-phase five-wire system, and the wire color should meet the standard; the wiring should be neat and not loose, not exposed, and the wire number marking should be clearly visible.


1.3 The main isolating switch and main contactor should work sensitively, and the contacts should not stick or make abnormal noises.


1.4 The inverter should work normally, and its cooling fan should work normally without abnormal noises.


1.5 Motor


1.5.1 The motor should not overheat or make abnormal noises when working.


1.5.2 The brake system of the motor should meet the technical requirements of 5.4.5 in GB17907-2010.


1.5.3 The motor should use a thermal relay protector that meets the power requirements of the motor and can be manually reset.


1.5.4 When running at full load, the voltage loss at the motor end shall not exceed 15% of the rated voltage.


1.5.5 When the cable is aged, cracked, severely scratched, or exposed, it should be replaced in time.

2. Electrical control system


2.1 Operation panel


2.1.1 The panel should be clean, the buttons and indicator lights should be intact, the indication signals or switches should be normal, there should be no failure or loss of control, and the terminal crimping wires should be tight.


2.1.2 The outdoor LCD operation screen should be waterproof and the facilities to prevent strong light should be safe and reliable.


2.2 Electric control cabinet


2.2.1 The electric control cabinet should be kept clean, without water accumulation or dust accumulation, and dust should be removed at least once a quarter.


2.2.2 The relay, contactor, and switch power supply should work normally, and the terminal crimping wires should be tight.


2.2.3 When the power is on, the power light (POWER), the running light (RUN) and other indicator lights of the main controller should be in normal state.


2.2.4 The phase sequence protector should be effective.


2.2.5 The wiring meets the requirements, the lines and joints are neat, without exposure, looseness or damage, the protective cover is intact, and the line number marking is clearly visible.


2.3 Switches


2.3.1 Reliable, without looseness or misalignment.


2.3.2 Proximity switches installed vertically upward should ensure that there are no foreign objects that affect the normal signal.


2.4 Lighting facilities should work normally.


III. Electrical safety protection


3.1 The protection level of the housing of the electric control equipment shall comply with the technical requirements of Article 5.6.6.2 of GB 17907-2010.


3.2 The metal structure and the metal housing of all electrical equipment, pipe troughs, cable metal protective layers and the low-voltage side of the transformer shall be reliably grounded, and the grounding wire connection shall comply with the provisions of GB 50169-2006.


3.3 The grounding wire and grounding flat steel are intact and without defects, and the grounding resistance of the protective grounding system should not be greater than 4Ω.


3.4 The lightning protection facilities of open-air parking equipment should be intact and reliable, and should be checked at least once a year. The grounding resistance should not be greater than 10Ω.


3.5 The insulation resistance measured when 500V (d.c) is applied between the power circuit conductor and the protective grounding should not be less than 1MΩ.


3.6 The controller should dynamically track the parking equipment and should have protection functions such as overtime, undertime, and false operation protection. The equipment should alarm when abnormal operation occurs.


3.7 It should have short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, zero position protection, phase failure protection, overload protection, interlocking protection, limit protection and other functions.


3.8 All electrical equipment should be fixed reliably, and the sound and light signal devices should work normally.
